You can use this scroll to attack and punish a character of the enemy race who has killed people on the foreign continent. You can only intervene in a battle in which an opponent has used the scroll with the help of a similar scroll. You cannot join the battle without the magic artefact. The scroll is not used for attack in a regular battle. This scroll increases your ability to cause an injury to any character you kill in this fight and increases your damage dealt by 25%for 15 minutes. The scroll has enough magic for one use. Cannot be used more than 5 times a day. You can purchase the scroll in the Warlord’s Shop if you have at least 2000Mainland Defender reputation.
