who is that guard?

I conected to my charakter on 7th of February 2012. And the first thing what I have noticed, that I can't use more than two pots from the belts what I am wearing, becouse others doesn't reacts to the click. So I can use only two top ones. And aswell I can't scroll to the other pots which are on the "second list" on the other belt, as it shows like there are other pots, and looks like there is no belt, but I am wearing two of them, so there should be aswell I can't check the info of my or other c...
