Dear All, I have been informed that to get to the isles of swirling mist I need to do a quest following on from the underwater quests but have been and spoken to everyone down there and looked at my own quests and they mention nothing of the sort. Could someone guide me as to who I need to speak to get the amulet that lets me go to the islands? Thanks in advance
