This is a feature: If you entred the tournament and won the fight (i.e. your mount did) you are entitled to the following fight. Since you would have to leg it tuto al presto back to the location in order to be there for the start, which is impossible because of the transition times, there is no longer a restriction on your location for the following fights.

The scalp counter only counts those enemies, that were in level reach for you. As for your superblow: Check Grandpa's post. You have to keep trying and be sure, not to have a mis-click in your trials.

Missing Past Accomplishments

The achievement counters have been affected by the updates. Fixes will be implemented via the "Past Accomplishment" Quest. Just do that one every now and again, as the accomplishments will be added gradually.

Missing fight logs

Checking the logs shows that Jossu fought on 15.06 at 14:29. Before that time there are no more fight logs.
