Proposition to Admin for Change of Rules

Instead of making players to remember complicated rules, implement as a program. So when attacks happen, give warning - this is a punishable attack. If the new admin can write every rules and understand clearly each of them then they can also implement it as programs.

Level 13 do you know how to do Tallar?

They are looking for scalps. But it slows down tallaar. Regular guys' life pot recovery time can't follow damage, so need to wait for life recovery before hit. So selfish.

Anyone can guide briefly for this instance? I went to a Russian site but translation was hard to understand. How strong are the mobs? What scrolls need for each mobs? I usually just try instance but this one is 5g one. lol

underwater weapon

My underwater weapon was destructed by mistake. It is one time quest item, so right now impossible to get it again. Is there any way i can get back the weapon?

Hmm, still wrong answer.

The clear vision potion is non-removable quest item (no remove button). The nothern patrol is recurring quest with this potion. Anyway, what I asked was just simple thing - make nothern patrol quest accessable. With some reason, this quest is inaccessable now.

My rep quest is something wrong. These are my mage rep related attributes. Centrido procurement 1 Incarnum procurement 1 Incarnum procurement ritual 3d 2h 48min remaining Northern Patrol Inaccessible <--- How come? Please fix this. I have clear vision potion. The problem is i can still do incarnum ritual quest but can't do nothern patrol quest anymore.
