Problemes after changes

Dear admins today< i wanted to buy new scroll of alaila in shop of brotherhood in budrimah . When i tried to do it i couldnt because it was said that i didnt have enough reputation. When i opnened my attributes i found that i dont have this reputation< but i have red medal in info) plz help)
