Now I have that:

Not arsenal shop. The shop for that item suppose to be in the city arena. Was there for a short while after last update and then removed.
Just wait till admins open it again. but think u need much more commendation list anyways for the good stuff.

when i won battlefields on pl or de i didnt get the points in event tab for my com account, but when i am on one of those servers i can see my points there, so when i open event tab on com i saw 84 points, when i opened it on pl i see 12 points and 5 on de. so after i won cc on polish server my points got added to the polish version of my char and not to the com one

These points have been taken into account when the winnig server was found.
