Quitting the game for General knowledge only

If u are want to re-roll or quit the game - how u do it - this is just for general knowledge please
For those who out there - I am NOT quitting or re-rolling the game - just want to build my knowledge on the new changes.
Since the http://www.warofdragons.com/forum/thread…luntary-Jailing is locked due to new rules could u explain how we can re-roll or quit the game when the time comes please?
