hi, need to know, why i cant get Sicret Knowlage? i got from ewerywhere about 30 pines of papers, from lvl4 to lvl7

but no +1

i like u to check my character from bugs

Getting secret knowledge is as much random as getting drops is. On average a +1 is received ~25 piles of paper. But that is average. You were just unlucky so far.
