Money for leveling
I was in Magish when I leveled and did not get the post congratulations for leveling you have received X silver for leveling up. I looked back through my chat and couldn't find it and I don't think I got the silver for leveling.

Same thing happened to me, I had to ask the guards about it and they fixed it. Mine was just at 66.66% mark though...
