Account trouble

I was playing my character "AlphaAccess" last night but this morning it said my email address wasn't being used. I had the right password and email address typed in but it said i had the wrong email or password. When i tried to recover my password is said the email didn't exist. On the main page it said i was logged into the library, but not the forums. I need help badly.
