my swords missing

can some1 help me? i got on through a phone and fought a dog with my full set and rod and it did some weird loading and when i went to my bag my sword was gone...i emailed the support but he/she told me "i dropped it" ...is there anyway i could get it back?:neznau:

You got an Email. You can use our premium service to restore items that where dropped or sold by mistake.
