Problem with Great Journey quest

I have completed the Rainbow quest and i have 1337 relic rep, yet when i go to the elder to start the Great Journey quest, there is no option to start it. Are there other prerequisites to this quest that I am unaware of or is this a bug?

you dont need to do rainbow quest to start the journey, and rep is needed at a later stage of quest. Only prerequisite to it is the level 4 orlufia quest

You need to finish the quest The Rescue of Orlufia before you can start A Great Journey.
