Booted From CC

Hi I was just in a cc instance a few minutes ago. Internet explorer locked up on me, and I switched to firefox. In the 60 seconds or so it took to switch, I was kicked out of the instance. I lost valor, and now I can't reque. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this?
