Quest Problem - Charter Quest Uninvited Guest

The location screen for county vurdaliya changed to that of Virigiya District but the boat that gives us link to the quest Uninvited Guest is disabled. Is this temporay for the whole duration of the Joke Week or will it still be available for the said Joke Week. If this is temporarily unvailable please advise as to until when. Thanks

There is no problem about it, go to human lands and do the quest there, but this time click on a ship in the middle or so, kind of funny to do that. Plus humans cant join the fight haha.
