Treasury question
Cross, 
In Sheara's Treasury shop in order to buy items you need to have certain amount of reputation, for example - Baldric Belt 2400 reputation, lvl13 mount books 1200 reputation and etc.
However , the high level pauldrons (lvl9, lvl14) can be bought without reputation. At least it is written so in their descriptions. So i would like to know, if this is a feature of english server ??? (on russian u do need rep for pauldrons) Cause if i buy them, i dont want to be acused of using a bug later
