Ludial chain links description error - Link leads to russian server and russian lanuage.

I noticed that when u have a ludial chain link
http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=107151729

When u go on to the word Chosen and click on it which gives u :
http://w1.dwar.ru/info/library/index.php?obj=cat&id=11

That Link is all in russian - can u change that back to english please?
