By hunting for Fire Kroffdors or Eldive Warriors, optain10 Kroffdor Pole Axes

By killing Spider Patriarchs [10] in the Spider Patriarch's lair, obtain a Female Ashen Spider cocoon and bring it to Avelius.

Theres only one Patriarch
