6/14/2011 ~20:40 game crash
Game absolutely crashed, everything else works perfectly. Seems regional problems, as many of my friends from all over the east cost of U. S. have had similar problems with giant lags a few months ago, please check your server.

This should show you instantly, that this is not a problem of our servers but one of the ISPs and/or the providers of the trans-atlantic communication. As long as it is possible to log in to the game from somewhere different in the world it means that the route your data would normally take is interrupted. This is not an issue on our side, nor on yours. This happens in between. There is nothing that can be done about this situation on our end. All you can do is try to set up a stable route to our servers around the faulty node.
