Kindly revert damaged items

Hi,
I think I got the most extreme case of game lag today even though I had 4 bars on my client. After the iguaron pirate event it seems I was attacked by iguaron. however fight screen never came up and i was allowed to move to VD and then to estate even allowing me to talk to samuel and get me the city charter quest and out of nowhere I was dead.... damaging my items .... heres the log to prove it :-

07:56 You have been attacked by Iguraon [5] .
07:56 The battle "Attack on Aeromachine" has begun.
07:58 You have begun the quest Mysterious Ailment [5]. Good luck!
07:58 Received Empty Glossy Flask 1 pcs.
07:59 The battle "Attack on Aeromachine" has ended.
07:59 Some of your items have been damaged: Mammoth Cuisses (-1), Wanderer's Belt (-1), Mammoth Cuirass (-1), Mammoth Chainmail Shirt (-1), Cutthroat Bracers (-1).

Kindly revert the damaged items to their original state as the fight screen never came up, never giving me a chance to defend myself .... If anything atleast repair the belt ....

Thanks ...

If you experience connection problems, issues with the client software, graphical issues or other problems of a technical nature, please follow these steps to remedy the situation.

Step 1: Reload the whole game page. (Press the “refresh” button in the menu or the “F5” key on your keyboard.)

Step 2: Clear the cache of your browser or client. Close the application. Restart the application. (If you're using the client, click on "Error!" at the top and select "Delete obsolete files and clear IE Cache")

Step 3: Update your Internet Explorer, Adobe Flash and any Dot.Net Software currently installed on your system to the latest version.

Step 4: Make sure port 5050 of your firewall is opened for warofdragons.com and the security for the Internet Explorer is set to an appropriate level.

Fallbacks: Reinstall the client. Also any antivirus software and other tasks might slow your connection speed or cause problems with the game.

Searching for a Chokepoint:
You can always run a trace route to our server to see the actual speed of all nodes within the route from your computer to the game if you are looking for a bottleneck in the connection.

If none of the above helped, please contact us again.

The problem here is even though I had a good connection (4 bars on client), the fight screen never came up ... If I am in a fight I should not have been allowed to move from location correct ?? However not only was I allowed to move but also allowed to interact with an in game npc to take the quest.... How am I supposed to know to refresh when I dont even know that I was under attack.... the location screens at VD and estate as well as the character interaction screen with samuel loaded without any hassles ... the only complaint is that as I was in a fight -the main fight screen itself did not load forget; the normal lag related delays and timeout issues after the fight screen loads is not the issue .. i have gotten used to those deaths ...
