toffee cover bug? maybe?

We recieved these

from Summer fair, as said in it we got it after the said expiry date, and the quest is not active with the fairy in communal grave, so please look into this.

Right now you can only throw them away,. But I don't want to see the whole city square full of toffee wrappers! :smile:
