Why am I dead before the fight ended!!!!

I won the battle and my items were destroyed and I'm a ghost.

4 fights I did in location and won all 4 so how the hell am I dead??

Return my Ephemeral Frey Anger Ring

Dude I won the fight, I was alive and fighting when I got the message that the items broke...

I got the loot ...the monster had about 300hp left when i got the message that my items broke..i killed it and i got the loot but I was a ghost

fight after fight for 4 minutes straight i won them all..so how did i die??

please return my ring to 1/0 durability...it cost alot and i was careful when to use it and then lose it from nothing

I won fight..before fight even ended it give me message I lost and items broke, and I was still fighting..so I killed razorclaw, got the loot and was a ghost

From the lines in screen above. I ended fight with iguaron, used magic wand, killed 1 crab, and in middle of second fight i got the dead message.
