missing coins

hi,i just noticed that my 32 coins from heloween shop disapeared from my backpack. i was told by the guard that the coins will be good till next seasonal events this is why i didnt spend them all and now its gone. Its 16g and i dont want to lose it pls answer how to solve this problem ty, lieknas.
