kicked from cc

i sign in for cc, and after i confirm my participation, there was 60 sec left for start...but instead i went in cc, i was kicked from there instantly and from game, and need to enter game on german server...but when i enter in game again in this server i was in foothills, and cannot participate in cc for 3h, and i am not sure if my valor removed as penalty, but wasn't my fault....
