is there a mistake or is it part of quest, when it comes to - Current goal:* Visit the jeweller to create a ring with the soul stones. ##
i get lvl 11 rings* offered?? i.e: http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=1000940 or*
http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=1000942
but no rings for my lvl ?

You have tio be careful which ring you take. It is not possible to exchange it afterwards.
