A Item at full stength did not give me a Crystal!

How you doing?

As the title mentions I had a brand new set of Northern Wind Boots and destroyed it for the crystal. it said

The item was too worn and your efforts to disenchant it failed, destroying the item forever!

It was at full strength for the Northern Wind boots.

I would like to know why and a replacement for the loss if that is possible.

few year ago there were low-blue items with item strength 115/115~ , nowadays it 37/37~ or like that, But yes, why that thing about item destruction of these items not changed? p.s. if to destroy high-blue armor with 40/40 strength for example,there is 100% chance to get crys, but on low-blue armor with same durability,Full chance is for 115/115 only how i understand,but we cant get these items nowadays... so,i think thats not fair :smile:
