Permanent head wound?

After doing the Catapult event, i noticed that i have acquired a head wound... however, it has no timeframe, and i'm not marked as injured.

Any indication as to when it will go away?

Equip helmet to remove it. Same happened to me, but it was gone once i placed helmet back on.

same thing happened to me the problem is I cannot wear helmet to get this to disappear. Any other ideas to make it go away ?
