Important for skype users read and share!
This is to protect those using skype. There is a virus going around that says "lol is this your new profile pic XXXXXXXXXXXXX" with a link there are other variations of this as well. Once the link is opened it infects your computer and automatically spams it to all of your contacts over and over again. This virus is hard to detect and some scanners won't pick it up at all. Even worse you will eventually get a screen that says it is the FBI and they are going to report you for child pornography within 48hrs unless you pay $200 via a "moneypak". DO NOT PAY this is a SCAM.
If you or someone you know has this happen. Do the following.
Restart you computer in "safe mode"
Use start button
Go to all programs
Then to accessories
Then to System Tools
Click on System Restore
Restore back to a date before you obtained the virus and it will wipe it clean.
