glitch

hi there I've just been in the derelict house and killed the phantom corpse. I then went into the singing chamber with the key and received a pearwood pawn and bishop.

14:02 You have received Pearwood Pawn 1 pcs, Pearwood Bishop 1 pcs.

However, I don't have the items in my backpack. What can I do?

in group loot? maybe it's in the group loot, and the clan leader must give it to someone.

a) refresh your view (F5) sometimes item will show
B) make sure it is not still in group pack or went to another player
c) if all else fails send a ticket to support

If your group loot setting is set to "leader distributes" then it will be in your group loot.
