Referal bonus not giving correct amount

Referral — a user brought to the game via your referral link.
When your referral exchanges Diamonds or Rubies , you receive a bonus equal to 5% of the total amount. This amount is transferred to you to a special account, which can be found in the section "Statistics".

My referal paypaled 04:06 44.00 Diamonds successfully transferred to your account.

and i recieved New reward for referrals 50

Do i need to email you and what information do you need from me? This has been happening for awhile now and its not pleasant.

I will flay the skin from your flesh and the flesh from your bones and scrape your bones dry.

And still you will not have suffered enough
