By looking through my window, I'd say abode of eternal ice is right outside, here in Quebec, Canada. I can get there by simply stepping outside...so why the hell would I want to go in an icy place in a game
But if you ever want to go there for some unknown reason, you gotta take a boat and have a Frosty Cryptos

adobe of eternal ice is a instance for lvl 5+

to go, need go on ship at terror warf or grand fort harbour, to the island of eternal frost.

For enter, need at least grey cryptos. Are 5 cave, need grey cryptos to enter the first cave, green the second, blue, purple and red ....
cryptos are made with fragment we can get in ice bag who are selling by the thief glade of dream.

In caves, we can gather ressource which can be exchange to the alchi against pots and blesses.
Are also bear and yeti to fight to get some quiksilver.

Abode of Eternal Ice is an instance to get quicksilver, is available from level 5, for 24 hours every 5 days.

You can enter in the instance from Terror Wharf and from Grand Fort Harbour. In order to access ice caves you need to gather ancient cryptos. You can find fragments of cryptos in Ice Bags, which you’ll be able to buy for 30 or 0.25 diamonds in premiums shop.
In the contraband shops of Chigrik and Gloum the swindler, you can obtain Ice bags, each of which contain fragments of one of five cryptos: frost, snow, ice, reflective or crystal. To restore tablets with magic letters and obtain access to its corresponding cave in the icy labyrinth you need to gather a certain number of fragments. The cryptos must be learned in strict sequence, starting from grey to red.

The amount of quicksilver that you receive depends on your level, the power of defeated monster and your own Juggernaut reputation.

The abode of eternal ice is located near the the islands of eternal frost before you go into the blue abyss vortex thingy.The location you need to click is called northern traveler.

Which you acquire by colecting a set number of fragments.:
180 for grey
120 for green
60 for blue
30 for purple
12 for red
Each cave you unlock with one of the cryptos.
You need to have 'read' the previous cryptos. Like to you cant go and 'read' the red cryptos without having read the purple one and so on and so forth.
The fragments you get from bags which are occasionally sold for 30 sillver or 0.25 diamonds.
Beware that you get only 1 fragment per bag and its random what quality it will have.
The intance is available to players from lelvel 5 and is open for 1 day every 6 days.

The rewards for this Instance is mainly Quicksilver . How much quicksilver you gain depends on your character's lvl aswell as the color of your juggernaut's medal .I for example lvl 12 with green badge get around 550 quicksilver
In each gave you will also find ice flowers you can gather without any tool. The ice flowers you trade to the alchemist in the guild of artisans for red elixirs which are the same strength as the christmas elixirs but with a 30 day lifespan and without the whole 'dissapearing on the first day of spring'.

Also there is a low chance to get a piece of a pet medalion from any monster in the instance.
