Where does this quest start and what are the steps to get access to the Isles of Eternal Ice?

For all who do not know the game yet some simple rules:
  • Every week (Friday morning) we publish one question to our game:
    Legend. Legacy of the Dragons.
  • From all correct answers up to 10 participants will win one promotional game code each.
  • The most detailed or unique answers have the biggest chance to win.
  • Copy and paste-answers will NOT be considered. Same goes for trolling or spamming or inadequate language.
  • Personal attacks on other players in your answers/posts as well will NOT be accepted.
  • Answer must be in English. You can answer in your mothertongue only if you post understandable translation in English in same post as your answer.

To access the Instance, you need to gather Cryptos Fragments and turn them into Tablets (grey, green, blue and so on). Each colour opens the next room of the Instance.

Each room is suitable for different level range, from the easiest to the hardest.

You can also receive a bunch of Achievements.

To access this instance you need cryptos fragments droppable from Bags bought in Trade Fair (and Smugglers but not sure) instance depends on the lvl of the player and the color of the cryptos you already possess.Out of this instance you can get a lot of achievements,quicksilver (dependable on your char lvl,the lvl of the mob you defeat aswell as the reputation in "Juggernaut rep".As an addition you can also find icy branch,and item which can be traded at guild of artisans for various pots (including Icy dragon elixir).

The quest starts from Harcide Nest, you have to click on a casket in the location screen and take a drop from there.
You'll find a strange device. clicking on it you'll start the main quest.

Lv 5 - start Harcide Nest
Lv 6 - Quest from sailor Galash at vurdalia
Lv 8 - Quest from sailor Galash at vurdalia

Sorry, for my bad english is not possible to recover the name of the quest, I did them on IT.
