Broken game or new feature? I refresh members in location 10 times, he moved for 2 locations, I couldn't attack him; tried even exe scroll.

Already expecting "no, it's a premium feature"...

I had the same problem in arena last week (sometimes popup, sometimes simply no start fight)

refresh client and resolve
