Evil Eyes

Has there been a change on evil eye drops or is this a similar bug to triads?

I used to get 6 to 9 evil eyes from 1 hour of rage,right now it's down to 2 to 3 evil eyes. It has been this way since a week.

Moreover,does anyone else also have this problem?
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.

Average i got is 2 EE, sometimes 3 or 4 but rare. the higher the lvl the lesser mobs so lesser EE

I know about that,I'm talking about same amount of mobs since I was level 7 a few weeks ago and I'm level 7 now. I'm not comparing level 6 to 7 or anything.
