We can't make the banner before the end of clan wars because we don't know who will win beforehand. Which means that we can start working on the banner only after the event is over. Making the banner requires first for the artists to make the personal art, then for us to create the actual item and run tests to make sure that it works correctly. Only then we can give it out to the players. This all can take time, since both artists and us have other tasks, so it depends on the load of the staff. I'm really sorry that it took so long to make, I did my best to make the process go faster, however there were many things that didn't depend on me.Rewards must be given on time. Where is us banner? We are waiting for 40 days ..
