But new players know nothing about these things. Instead of exe them high levels should talk to them and explain things.
By the way, everyone overbid on auction and exchange, that's called competition (конкуренция) and is normal for auction and exchange.

But I still can't understand what the fun of killing low levels. Adults sport teams don't play against childrens' sport teams. Maybe high levels try to prove their strength? One proves own strength killing strong players, not weak ones.

And you know even though many players don't care about wounds as they don't care about games as much as about real life, this game takes too much times to achieve things such as levels, valor ranks, reputations and professions, so many players don't want to spend much time in game and they don't play much, and in addition to that high levels give long time wounds, so low levels have to spend even more time out of game. So you want them to level - stop attacking them and let them play the way they want! Not all low levels stay at same level for years.

There is a difference between competition and overcharge. If i raise my application,for example,on 10-50s/1g etc and somebody doing it for 1copper(just to take upper place compared to the highest at this moment) all the time - i can hardly call it competition.

Poor low lvl massacred ... i just wonder by who ... are rarely mage hum raiding, and when one do, he is fast back home, lot don't exceed the county, and i guess is the same on other side ... So it's a bit hard for me to see tone of low lvl massacred along the road except the nacked, but anyway, a nacked is always dead.

On the other hand the hum i see often are low lvl coming kill other low lvl nacked. But as i said, a nacked is dead all days long anyway.

Ahh we have time to time some war mage coming raid ... Never saw one killing a poor low lvl picking for his armor ... and anyway, happend how many time on 1 same poor low lvl picking for his armor? once a month? 2 month?

There would be so many human coming massacred low lvl mag, we would have defender badge ... but no ... sometimes, with luck we find one hum ... ahhh good he should have massacred a lot of low lvl ... eh no ... 0 rep ... with luck 1 rep ....

No need to make a storm in a water glass.

You gotta stop compering it to the situation of being low level to being a kid. Noone here tells you to stay on a low level (nor noone tells you to level up) It's ONLY YOUR OWN choice.
And as far as I am concerned if anyone decides to stall on one level, he shouldn't be whining about getting killed by higher level. Because you can ALWAYS level up and prevent it. You choose not to and your enemy chooses to attack, it should be his right just like stalling is yours.

I do understand the issue of new players coming to the game and getting accidentally (or not) exed by other race rambling around, and this is in no way good... But you gotta ask yourself how many new players are actually new players and how many don't know the game, because to me 99% of the people that log in are just starting over or moving servers.
The game development stage of brining new players has stopped:
- No adds
- Too huge gap between staller on low level and someone new starting (they lack interest in game after few loses in pvp)
- Ru stating that we ended this stage and are trying to keep the players in game and return old players at this moment.
And lastly:
If you were a bussiness owner and had lots of stable customers who pay you let's say pretty well, would you rather upset them and try to get new customers by doing something against old buyers? I don't think so, and that is most likely the reason this rule is gone on DE.

Stalling on levels is a choice. Attacking someone should be a choice as well.
Only depending on how low higher level is willing to go.

Since I was lv 4 high level humans killed me 1x1. Not 1-2 levels higher than me, 6-13 levels higher.
By who? I can list a few humans, ones that killed me as I don't watch other magmar players. Cobra, Brute, Garga, but these are not so bad as they only killed me when we happened to be in same location. Steelblade and OriginalSith chased me, tyhey were watching me, and whever I was in Vurdaliya or Budrimakh they jumped there from their estate and attacked me with exe magic (scroll) even when I ran to other location such as Brigantine Lafer they followed me and killed with exe magic.

I wanted to quit game, seriously! Playing to make gold and spend that gold to heal injuries they gave me - **edited**, it's not why I play this game!

Today the DE decided to reinstall the rule most likely because of too many situations like the ones posted early. (rule its now on DE for no more than 5 evels difference).

Surprise Surprise, some plalyers want revenge after some low levels abused the rule. As long as there aren't endless attacks, which are prohibited anyway, then I don't see why those fights should mean anything.

And lets not pretend that everyone on this server doesn't know nestros a special **edited**.

If any low level provocated you, providing screenshot of the provocation to the guards you are allowed to attack once, or how many times you got provocated in the screenshot, the low level.

Don't be jelous of others, try to care about yours, only after that you will understand what you really have. P.S. Is very very very hard :cry:

I noticed a certain player on this thread came out of hibernation just to comment here because I assume they get a massive hardon when slaughtering low levels,hoping it is legalised again only because they can't compete on their own level..?

Either way, I hope the admin are clear and concise about any rule changes because a lot of the players who would enjoy this kind of gameplay are about as smart as the average bear. We wouldn't want them to be jailed for something so simple now, would we!? :huh:

If a low level mag hexes then teles there is little or no chance that i will be able to hutn them down without getting banned because guards do not wait for screenshots in my experience.
The main abuse comes in gbs and other high lvl fights. We arent allowed to join there figths but they can join ours. While we end their figths quickly, they simply ruint he fights for high lvls. Some people just can't get it throught heir thick skulls how detrimental giving high lvls a weak target is. We can't do anythign about it. If a high levlel joins low leve lthey just cry to guards, if a low level joins a high level and ruins their fight we cant do anything. If we talk to them about it, they know there is no retribution so they just run their mouths.
THAT is abuse.

Well, Brute, I don't join GB, I don't care about GB, I only attack my level range to get scalps, and mages join each my fightand make it a GB. What can you say about that? Mages join and ruine my fights just because they are stronger, but unlike mages who can kill me, I can't kill them. I can say that's abuse!
And "New rule" doesn't work on neutral zones such as plato, and you know that, otherwise you wouldn't be killing EVERYONE no matter what level in Haunted Place and Fortress of Captivity. So don't pretend you're the one abused here.

Ok i am low level if you count that you are 19lvl but i agree that you should be able to attack who ever
,this game isnt made for low levels anymore lol soon we will have 20lvl and ppl still stay in 4,5,6th levels for years

One of your 'lovely' clan members was a huge fan of hex and run constantly, every single time i raided. In fact, he even used the teleport from 11-15 chaotic tokens quest to run away every time. When your clannies started dying, he stopped so I stopped. :thumbup:
