Promotion codes are codes given by the game administration to basically as they say promote game

They are bunch of codes which if u enter, u get some freebies

they are handed out even as reward here in this weekly knowledge test, lately were given out in game's facebook page and various other instances

You can activate them by logging in your game , character tab > personal > Preferences tab > in others section , there is a button for entering promotion codes and a dialog box appears, you fill it with the code and voila!!!

The codes contain special rewards, depending on your luck you can get gifts, quest resources, elixirs, bag of thalers or other various special items.
(In some codes you can even get more than 1 item!)

How to obtain a code?
-If you played any other game from my com it is possible that to invite you to war of dragons, administration sent you a code in the email!
-Codes are also shared on social media like facebook, however you need to demonstrate perceptiveness and speed, because "First come, first serve!"
Some of the events on social media allow you to show your creative side! Usually all players participating gets the reward!
-Various forum events, like our weekly knowledge test! After answering properly the question you may be lucky enough to win one!

How to use the code?
On the game top menu pick:
Character -> Personal -> Preferences (here scroll down) -> Enter promotion code
Here enter your code and enjoy your reward!

Promotion codes are rewards from different kind of events:

dome of them consist in:

- Facebook events
- Forum events
- In-Game events

the games can be structured in different ways:

- First come first serve (sometimes administration public a code and the first one that use it, gets the price)
- Rewards for games (as this game itself)

through the panel: Character -> Personal -> Preferences you can fine "Enter promotion code" and get your rewards.

the rewards are different can be of any kind.

You can get Codes through social media, Forum and other Events, basically whenever the Staff is deciding to give out free Codes.
You can use your Code under Charakter -> Personal -> Preferences. There is a Button called "Enter Promotion Code".

You can get different kind of Goods through the Codes. Definitely worth giving them a shot.

They are a series of letter and/or numbers which can take different forms :
- a series of numbers and letters with the sign "-" between them (ex: CFA4-D23F-E25A-55E8 )
- symbolic codes formed of letters and numbers (ex: HAPPY10YEAR )

Codes may give a reward containing:
- one single item (or multiple items of the same kind);
- different combinations of quest ressources;
- potions and battle effects;
- tokens for specific events;
- any exchange coin used in the Faeo shops;
- gifts;
- any combination of the previous;

Codes can be obtained from:
- Facebook code competition (in the form of a single code or multiple codes given in one of the post or as a comment on the official game page: https://www.facebook.com/WarofDragonsEN );
- Facebook contest (by participation on the same Facebook page contest, you will recive a reward in game in the form of a code);
- Forum release (administration will release a code or a series of codes on the forum)
Participation in the Weekly Knowledge Test on the forum page ( http://warofdragons.com/forum/index.php?…ard&boardID=169 );
- Taking part in anniversary or specific events offered by the game administration (ex: anniversaryes of the game, Easterhunt)- rules of participation will be release in the event news.

Depending on the number of uses of the codes there are 2 types:
1. Unique codes that can be used only 1 time on a singhe char on a single server (only first that enters the code will recive the reward);
2. Codes that can be used 1 single time on a char, but can be used on mutiple chars. (code may be available for a few days);

Using the codes:
Codes must be inserted in a special section by going:
1.Character, 2.Personal, 3.Preferences, 4.Enter promotion code(after scrolling down), 5.Enter the code in the small window that will open

Error that may appear:
- Invalid code entered! Code either was used already or its incorrect;
- Promotion not currently available! Promotion has expired and code cant be used;
- Code verification is currently unavailable. Please wait. An incorrect code was introduced multiple times, thus the service will be unavailable for a few minutes.;

Codes are Given out for several reasons.. But the Easiest one is answering this Forum area... The Code can be used to get resources and Items.... With this Faeo under the Control of Darkness event going on now it would be (Award Certificate) http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=534297580 which can be turned into Warlord Gidver when the time comes for the Event to end....
