Who can translate Chinese watch manual?

My brother bought me a watch, and when I opened its box I found manual is chinese, and no english manual available online. Can someone translate it for me please? I'm uploading 2 pictures of the manual.

Hire a translator, nobody has to do your translations for you, this is a service, not a "friendly help" or any of that stuff. Stop being stingy and pay up.
