Backpack hunting etc not showing even after multiple reloads, refreshes etc

Backpack hunting etc not showing even after multiple reloads, refreshes etc

I have reloaded the game multiple time and its jus the that one bar which is not showing up. this has been occurring for 2 days straight now. if no solution works out then please tell me, i will look for different game. i have tried asking ingame too but i received no response, apart from "refresh". it's not flash problem as all other bars are working properly.

if you are playing on browser, try clearing the cache data, if you are playing on client, try reinstalling it
