Where's my gromdrag?

I received temporary gromdrag mount 3 days ago, and it disappeared along with its food.

02.01 7:45 PM Received: Old Gromdrag Amulet 1 pcs, Lizard Delicacy 300 pcs, Magic Snowflake 25 pcs, Platinum Thaler 100 pcs, Christmas Elixir of Giant 50 pcs, Christmas Elixir of Life 150 pcs, New Year Elixir of Destruction 2 pcs, New Year Elixir of Rock Skin 2 pcs, New Year Elixir of Hurricane 2 pcs.

Wasn't it supposed to last 14 days? Why it disappeared?
