Well we're all using HTML5 client right now, looks like only you didn't get the update. Everyone started doing that new reputation and I can actually find ppl from my friends & enemies list, hell i also tried that new feature with compass that takes me somewhere automatically. You should send a ticket to support.
Then again I don't think they help virgins (since I'm a Chad, they help me every time, that's how i know), so good luck getting help.
