Pet essence from resource fair unable to open

Pet essence sets bought from the resource fair are unabe to be opened http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…t_id=668918877­ they are bugged :grrrr: :grrrr: when you go into bp to open­ them it says "information" not open !!!
If the truth I speak hurts you maybe you should change your truths .well:
