New Year Cheer

New Year Cheer: 1018/1000

I clic to get the chest, the button is active but:

Condition for receiving a reward is not met

Could you tell me please, what are the condition for receive the reward since i'm not the only one in that situation.

Reward for New Year Cheer
You can get New Year Cheer from:
- daily activities (+80)
- daily quests for City Charters (+66)
- participating in Chaotic Battles (+45)
- participating in normal BGs (+25)
- for filling progress bar in Premium Shop (+5)

This accomplishment can be done only once.
You can get reward only till 10:00 9 january 2020.

So apparently here is how it works...

You get the amount that is required and than re-log. They send you via mail

Hey everyone,

To get the chest you need to do the follow things.

Once hit 1k and 2k. Log out and log in and chest arrive in mail. Those who didn't done that and didn't get chest. Make support ticket for now.

Appart from the fact you dont always get it in the mail, and the new support wont let you log in to make a ticket this works just fine .well:

ON a serious note, how exactly am i meant to get my chest(s) when you cant even log into support to send ticket (and yes i have followed other thread aout new support). Whats more, by this time even if you could send a ticket, by the time it gets read and acted upon the bazaar will be shut for the flakes.
