Can someone fill me in pls on how it is possible for a lv 5/6 player to have more than 8 belt slots?

I have seen recently several players from the same DE clan in temple using 8 life pots along with giant against me in the recent/current temple storm.

Any info how this is poss would be much appreciated.

And before anyone says about mis counting.... under 6800 starting hp (with buffs) before giant, and still alive after 96k of dmg done to them and they then pull out arhas, nothing else summoned. Yes i know life gained back from combo, but i hit him out of blk with 7 bloods and even without that much gained back is just impossible.
