Where is X-mas tree at Dartrong?

i waited untill 0:00...

Then i thought he probably appears at game "refresh" at 04:30...

but also now still not here... (i also deleted cookes and other browser stuff here)

Seems like it appeared at 12:00 which is like announced in main game describtion of
december event in library but no one knew it exactly, i asked many people in game yesterday :lol:

Now my next question was how often hand in possibility refreshes.

Every 8 hours?
Every 12 hours?
Every 24 hours?

Thanks if someone wanna share that knowledge :gift:

Otherwise i´ll just stand in shop and check every hour... :smile:
