Seems like it appeared at 12:00 which is like announced in main game describtion of
december event in library but no one knew it exactly, i asked many people in game yesterday
Now my next question was how often hand in possibility refreshes.
Every 8 hours?
Every 12 hours?
Every 24 hours?
