EE drop rate

Yesterday with ee pot, have a good day : 2h of rainbow and 250+ mobs kill i dropped 15 ee
Today with only rainbow : 2h of rainbow and same 250+ mobs kill, i dropped 15ee
May i ask what is this drop rate?
And the double ee drop rate of ee pot?
And the increase drop rate of have a good day buff?
I'm having fun just watching the uselessness(it exists?) of some of the ''buff''
