But some banned just play another acc with vpn :lol:

Dude no.

Talk to the guards, they are giving you a second chance. Most likely you won't be able to play with your banned acc but with this new one, you should be able to. But as I said, talk to the guards first.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.
