Ludial Chain Link Issue

At the moment there are two types of chain links: from the previous fair that are non-transferable and from the recent that are transferable.

The problem is: if a player has at least 1 non-transferable chain link and buys 3 new links, they stack and all 4 become non-transferable.

Is it supposed to be this way?

Put ur non-trans in the bank and u can buy trans ones :P
