candles from zigred wax

ermm the guide page says soygura makes the candles, I have 10 pieces of wax but the only quest soygura has opened is ringmail... how do i get candles?

Just "use" the wax and you get the candle

you can make candles anywhere, 5 gives a green candle gift, 10 a blue candle gift
